Meet the Fellows
Each year, our fellow cohort work at the interface of research and practice by developing a project that directly impacts their health and social care organisations. The focus of the fellowship programme is on local applied research and evaluation projects, building local capacity for evidence-informed practice, and implementing evidence-based improvements into practice.
Watch the video interviews below to hear first-hand experiences from our current fellowship cohort, and learn why they chose to do a research project with us.
- Watch interview of former ARC East of England research fellow, Darryl De Souza, who is Therapy Deputy Manager at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
- Watch interview of ARC East of England Mental Health fellow, Loveday Newman, who is a clinical psychologist at the Older People's Mental Health team in Cambridge.
