Katy Rutherford is Director of Insight and Innovation at the Norfolk Community Foundation, where she leads their work on community research and insight. She joined NCF in 2022 from Norfolk County Council where, as Head of Innovation, she supported the council to build its capacity around engagement and co-production with local communities. Katy was previously Head of Programmes in the Health Lab at the innovation foundation, Nesta, where she supported the development and growth of community-based innovations across local government, health and social care.
