Operational Group (OG)
The Operational Group (OG) supports the day-to-day delivery of the ARC East of England programme. It provides a forum for planning and coordinating operational activity, reviewing progress, and addressing emerging challenges and opportunities across the ARC. The group is chaired by the ARC Director and includes ARC senior leadership and operational team members responsible for programme delivery.
Management Operations Group (MOG)
The Management Operations Group (MOG) supports coordination between ARC East of England and its university partners. It provides a forum for dialogue, information sharing, and decision-making to support effective programme delivery. It helps ensure that partner organisations remain informed and engaged, and supports alignment between ARC priorities and partner activity. The group is chaired by the ARC Director and includes members of the Operational Group (OG) alongside senior representatives from each partner university.
Team Strategic and Operations Group (TSOG)
The Team Strategic and Operations Group (TSOG) provides the main forum for sharing information and reviewing progress across ARC East of England themes and workstreams. It supports collaboration, transparency, and collective problem-solving across the programme. The group is chaired by the ARC Director and includes members of the Management Operations Group (MOG), alongside Theme Leads, Workstream Leads, and ARC delivery teams.
