The Management Operations Group (MOG) is chaired by Professor Wendy Wills, Director of the NIHR ARC East of England.
The MOG members include representatives from each of our partner universities (Anglia Ruskin University, University of Hertfordshire, University of Cambridge, University of East Anglia and University of Essex), the ARC Deputy Director, the ARC Associate Director of Operations and the ARC Business and Operations Manager. The group meet to ensure effective and productive relationships between the ARC and the partner universities; and discusses strategic and operational matters including financial requests pertaining to the ARC.
Professor Wendy Wills, Director of the NIHR ARC East of England, also chairs the Team Strategic and Operations Group (TSOG). The group brings together MOG members, research theme leads and co-leads, workstream leads, and ARC core team members. It meets monthly to share updates, review progress, and address strategic and operational priorities.
