Join us for a short, accessible webinar presenting the main findings from the NIHR-funded iACT4CARERS national study, which involved around 500 family carers of people living with dementia across the UK. We tested an eight-session online programme, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, designed to support carers’ wellbeing.
