The East of England regional NHS Leadership Academy has partnered with six Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and Eastern AHSN (Academic Health Science Network) to support the embedding of collaborative, compassionate and inclusive leadership within developing ICSs.
Keynote speakers will be joining the workshops as well as hosting panel discussions and giving you the option to choose from a menu of workshops. The “glimpses of brilliance” will highlight work being taken forward in each ICS. Topics for workshops include:
- How to develop collaborative system working through the lens of coaching
- How do we foster a leadership culture that enables innovation?
- How do we empower patients and leaders within our ICSs?
Delivered virtually over three sessions, the big collaboration will explore collective innovation, enabling high performing integrated teams with systems as well as the leadership skills and behaviours health and care leaders will need for the successful integration of public sector, social care and third sector.
