The Carer Support Nurse pilot role was funded by Norfolk & Waveney ICB, and the evaluation of the pilot funded by NHS England (formerly Health Education England-East of England) and supported by the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration East of England and UEA Health & Social Care Partners.
