Dr Sarah Hanson is an Associate Professor in Community Health at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and a researcher in NIHR ARC East of England’s Measurement in Health and Social Care theme.
Sarah's research priorities are inequalities in community health, poverty and social justice. Sarah has built long term relationships with multiple community partners in Norfolk to partner in health research.
Sarah takes an Asset based approach to build on the strengths in communities (salutogenesis), focusing on "What makes us well" and "What matters to me".
