Rory Cameron

Lecturer

Rory Cameron is a Lecturer in the Health Economics theme, based at the University of East Anglia.  He joined UEA in 2019 to work on several NIHR funded projects aimed at improving the measurement and valuation of patient-centred outcomes in cystic fibrosis.  Rory joined the ARC East of England Economics and Prioritisation Theme in 2020, and works within this theme and the ARC more widely to deliver and expand the health economic related components of applied health and social care research. 

Rory originally trained as a Biochemist (PhD from University College London), and subsequently worked as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in business intelligence and market access.  In 2019, Rory gained an MSc in Public Health (health economics) from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
