Dr Nicola Gillin is a Researcher-in-Residence at Cambridgeshire County Council, and is part of the NIHR ARC East of England's ASCENT programme.
Nicola Gillin is a Research Fellow at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) and she is also a Research Fellow with the NIHR funded AHP Workforce Research Partnership (WRaP) About the partnership | Allied Health Professions Workforce Research Partnership. Her post-doctoral research career has largely centred around the public sector workforce such as nurses, allied health professionals and armed forces personnel. How international recruitment became, and remains, a core pillar of workforce strategy within public sector institutions has also been a theme of particular interest across her work over the past eight years.
