Lucy Gregory is a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Hertfordshire and also for the NIHR ARC East of England Research Inclusion workstream.
Lucy's academic background is in psychology, with a particular focus in health psychology. Her research interests include working with patients and the public to discuss their experience of care needs, as well as completing complex qualitative analysis using computer assisted qualitative data analysis software (CAQDAS).
Lucy has worked on projects exploring patient reported experience to inform quality improvement in service delivery. She has worked with underserved communities within the UK kidney population such as those who do not have English as a first language and those in receipt of benefits to improve understanding of health inequalities. Lucy has also supported the qualitative analysis for an evaluation study investigating the use of AI technologies and health related quality of life in care services.
