Dr Sarah Robinson

Implementation Lead

Dr Sarah Robinson leads on Implementation for the ARC. She is Director of Delivery at Health Innovation East and works closely with ARC team to build on the legacy work of former ARC Implementation Leads, John and AndrĂ©e. This includes overseeing three shared Beneficial Changes Network projects, the shared NHS Insights Prioritisation Programme project, as well as co-leading implementation for the NIHR MHIN project. Sarah is supported by Sophie Castle-Clarke (Principal Advisor, Health Innovation East), Kim Cartledge (Implementation and Evaluation Advisor, Health Innovation East and ARC EoE) and the wealth of implementation expertise within Health Innovation East. 

Sarah is passionate about embedding evidence-based practice and ensuring appropriate evaluations are in place to understand the impact of innovation and pathway transformation. Sarah re-joins the ARC team having previously worked in the CLAHRC as a Research to Service Design Implementor for Dementia in the East of England, followed by a significant period of time at NHS England as a Regional Lead for Safeguarding. Sarah continues to supervise clinical psychology doctorate trainees and is a sessional lecturer at UEA and City University.
