Emma joined the ARC East of England (formerly CLAHRC) in 2014 as a Senior Programme Support Officer and became Business and Operations Manager for the ARC in 2021. Prior to this Emma worked in senior managerial roles within the health and social care sector for over 11 years both in third sector and private organisations. Emma worked in a range of settings supporting older people and young adults with learning disabilities, with a focus on developing new and innovative services, and business development. Emma gained a Masters in Business Administration and has always been interested in research and how this can lead to real life improvements.
