Emma joined the ARC East of England (formerly CLAHRC) in 2014. Prior to this Emma worked in managerial roles within the health and social care sector for over 11 years both in third sector and private organisations. Emma worked in a range of settings supporting older people and young adults with learning disabilities, with a focus on developing new and innovative services, and business development. Emma gained a Masters in Business Administration and has always been interested in research and how this can lead to real life improvements. Within the ARC team Emma deals with financial management, and supports the Ageing and Multi-morbidity; Population Evidence and Data Science; and Health Economics and Prioritisation themes.
