John Ford

John Ford is a Clinical Lecturer in Public Health at the University of Cambridge with expertise in health inequalities and co-leads the Health Inequalities Pillar in Cambridge Public Health. He is the East of England representative on the ARC Health and Care Inequalities Consortium National Theme, a £1.875million programme of research to understand and address health and care inequalities. He currently leads the EQUALISE study, exploring aspects of general practice which increase or decrease inequalities, and has previously undertake research looking at health inequalities policy document analysis, primary care workforce inequalities and inequalities in remote consultations.
