Understanding Society, the UK Household Longitudinal Study, is the largest longitudinal study of its kind and provides crucial information for researchers and policymakers about the causes and consequences of change in people’s lives. This Population Evidence and Data Science knowledge exchange seminar will provide an introduction to the study, examples of research and policy applications in the field of health, and some headline findings for the East of England. It will offer an opportunity to learn about the design of Study and how to access the data and findings from the study.
