This programme is sponsored by the NHS Leadership Academy and Eastern Academic Health Science Network and will be delivered jointly by the King’s Fund and the East of England Citizens’ Senate.
The “Leading for Change” training is open to all patient & public representatives, including NHS Patient Involvement Leads. The programme has been designed to support public and patient representatives across the East of England to hone their leadership skills and gain confidence and understanding in their role as system influencers and leaders.
This training is a wonderful opportunity to join a reflective peer community and build on your personal and communication skills in a practical and supportive environment. A lot of members of the Service User and Carer Research Group have already attended it and have provided very positive feedback.
