Simone Roberts joined the NIHR ARC EoE theme of Prevention and Early Detection in October 2020 and is a student at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research interests include nutritional epidemiology, with a specific focus on older adults. Her PhD focuses on increasing community malnutrition screening and detection through paramedics and meals on wheels services. Before starting with the ARC East of England Simone completed a BSc (Hons) Dietetics and a Masters by research at the University of Hertfordshire and works as a part-time senior community Dietitian for Hertfordshire Independent Living Service.
