Silvana is a Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Health Services and Clinical Research at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research aims to improve lives for children and adults with learning disabilities and/or long-term health conditions. Her methodological expertise includes clinical trials, process evaluations and mixed-methods research. Silvana completed a PhD in Psychology in 2012 and has undertaken a range of research projects since, receiving funding from the NIHR, British Medical Association and Baily Thomas Charitable Fund.
