Sandra joined the NIHR ARC EoE theme of Prevention and Early Detection in January 2020 as a student at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research is on the impact of migration on mental health and wellbeing of migrant women and their families. She is interested in leadership and management, development and empowerment of Black and ethnic minority workforce. Sandra has a background in Management with an MSc in Leadership and Management in health and social care from Anglia Ruskin University.
Prior to joining ARC, Sandra worked as a care manager and Leadership and management coach.
