Jurgen Grotz is Director of the Institute for Volunteering Research (IVR) at the University of East Anglia and a Research Fellow in the ARC EoE. He has 25 years experience of largely interdisciplinary applied research with a strong focus on participative approaches, working with voluntary associations, volunteer involving organisations and volunteers across the academic, public, voluntary, community and private sectors.
