Ben is an experienced health and wellbeing project manager, delivering complex projects within local authority, NHS, civil service and the private sector for over 15 years.
While at Public Health England Ben delivered a national, healthcare professional, peer to peer training programme. The programme delivered an increase in knowledge and skills, while enhancing confidence to support populations to be more active.
Ben specialises in providing effective implementation support, assisting individuals and/or organisations in the process of implementing novel innovations, new pathways or technology. This includes technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working alongside the Applied Research Collaboration, Ben uses his knowledge to help build the implementation capacity within the research community across the East of England, including facilitating and leading education workshops, identifying opportunities for adoption of promising research and offering 1-2-1 support to research fellows.
