Dr Anne-Marie Burn is a Senior Research Associate in the ARC CAMHS team at the University of Cambridge and a psychologist by background. Her research focuses on the organisation and delivery of health services, and evaluating interventions for children and young people’s mental health. She is a mixed methods researcher with expertise in qualitative methods and has experience of working with vulnerable groups. Anne-Marie is currently working on a feasibility trial evaluating support for families who have experienced domestic abuse (FReDA) and the Artemis-A study which is developing an app to identify mental health difficulties in secondary school pupils. She is also working on a cross-ARC study called Far Away From Home, which is looking at the experiences of young people who have been admitted to adolescent psychiatric units at distance from home.
