All you ever wanted to know about the Knowledge to Action Framework
This presentation will review the origins the Knowledge to Action Cycle, explain its components and describe how it has been used. A case study will be presented to illustrate how the framework can be used in the real world to plan implementation, evaluation and sustaining of evidence-informed practice.
