
Dr. Stella T. Lartey is a member of the Health Economics and Prioritisation theme and lecturer in Health Economics with the Health Economics Group at the University of East Anglia (UEA).
She has a primary focus of creating sustainable access to healthcare and building effectiveness and efficiency improvements into interventions targeted at ageing populations and those affected by obesity and NCDs.
She provides health economics support to the NHS Insights Prioritisation Programme (NIPP) project with the ARC and Barrier Enhancement for Eczema Prevention (BEEP) Study outside the ARC.
Stella completed her Ph.D. (Medical Studies) at the University of Tasmania, Australia, an MA in Economics at the University of Calgary, an MA in International Development at the International University of Japan, and a Master of Public Health at the University of Ghana.
