Geoff Brown is the Chief Executive of Healthwatch Hertfordshire and chairs the Regional meeting of Healthwatch in the East of England. Previous to joining Healthwatch Hertfordshire, Geoff ran his own business, following a career in local government working for both County and District Councils. Geoff began his career in public libraries before moving to corporate roles in policy and service improvement. His final local government role was as Head of Performance Improvement for Hertfordshire County Council which also included responsibility for functions such as public engagement and equalities and diversity.
