Christy TSE

Implementation Fellow

Christy Tse is a Senior Stroke Occupational Therapist working in Stroke Rehabilitation, based in Addenbrookes Hospital, at the Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) NHS Foundation Trust.

Christy is currently an Implementation Fellow in the ARC East of England. She aims to improve staff development and progression within the Occupational Therapy department by establishing and delivering a Band 5 to Band 6 developmental programme. This project is designed to invest in staff and prepare them for the demands of being a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. 

Christy studied BSc Occupational Therapy in UEA and has completed the Chief Nurse Internship at CUH in 2023-24. She aspires to complete further research and lecture in Occupational Therapy after completing this Fellowship.
